job responsibilities- • developing the parametric models as per the scope of work from lod 200 to lod 500. • developing the concept drawings, issued for approval drawings, issued for construction drawings. • reviewing and conducting model auditing for the models and running the qc for the developed model and drawings. key requirements- • 6 months-1 years’ work experience in architect • ability to understand technical drawings and plans • should be well known and familiar with modelling standards and annotation sheet work and 2d detailing. • fluent in revit parametric family • quantity takes off based on shop/installation drawings and coordinated 3d model of architecture & structure qualification- b-arch diploma in architecture
