We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting the managing director in daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and team members.
Fulfill HR related responsibilities such as recruitment and basic HR operations.
Assisting the director and coordinating with staff and team for the daily operations.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an assistant or operations associate or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
