Work Responsibility, will include but not be limited to:
1. Due diligence of different partners financial to conclude deals related to our technological needs
2. Getting pitch deck ready from different agencies and to do proper ground work while approaching different financial institutions, bank and private.
3. Forming sops and cost centers in the company.
4. Preparing proper incentive schemes for employees in close consultation with HR for all employees.
5. Forming verticals in the company in close consultation with the company board and follow up for profit centers.
6. Close contact with company consultants legal and accounting.
7. Not desired to go in for routine accounting work of the company.
Salary Range (based on prior experience, knowledge and skill): to be decided on merits / 6 to 8 lpa
