Job Description

1. Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
2. Send them to the suppliers.
3. Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers
4. Request quotes and compare prices
5. Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply
6. Review inventories and order as required.
7. Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality
8. Making purchase order
9. Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
10. Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity   of supplies
11. Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time
12. Ensure all deliveries contain all material requested
13. Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
14. Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
15. Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
16. Produce and maintain all reports.
17. Co-ordination with site supervisor/engineer/manager with factory manager
18. Making DC for the material goes directly from supplier to site
