JOB DESCRIPTION
• Experience in construction Field
• Design compensation and benefits packages
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Monitor HR department’s budget
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
• Manage employees’ grievances
• Create and run referral bonus programs
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
• Tracking daily staff activity
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward Company goals.
• Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
• Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
• Administers performance review programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization. Administers salary administration programs to ensure compliance and equity within the organization.
Minimum Requirements
• MBA/PGDM;
• 7-15 years of experience in a construction Field.
• Strong knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft Excel, HRMS) and the ability to produce attractive maps, graphics, and written documents.
