We are hiring below position for our company “Blacklead Infratech Pvt. Ltd.” at Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. Company is presently involved in construction of village road under PMGSY and bidding NH/State Highways also :
Asstt. Manager/Manager – Contracts: B.Tech Civil with 5-8 years experience in road construction company and should have good knowledge of handling Contractual conditions :
• Drafting of contractual letter for day-to-day issue as well as delay event letter in consultation with PM/Director/Tender Head
• Managing potential variations and claims including records keeping and following with the Contractor, site engineers and client
• Preparation of statement of claim and statement of Liquidity damages.
Support in preparation of EOT recommendation.
• Interpreting the Contract condition in response to Contractor’s claim, Project Leadership queries and Employer queries.
• Ensure identification, preparation & submission of claims, variations, extra items etc. Also, to track the progress of the same.
• Maintenance of Contract Register for the Project.
• To ensure that all the submissions to the client are adhered to the contract.
• Preparation and submission of Notice of Dispute regarding the conciliation proceedings.
• Preparation and submission of the direct/third party claims (insurance) as per CAR policy.
• Ensuring the Implementation and the installation of the work at the site as per the Contractual provisions and approved drawings
• Documentation of accurate data for the suitable extension of time from client for the milestone activities. Further, prepare the monetary claims for the same.
- Salary Range Rs. 40000/- to 70000/- P.M.
