Analyzing architectural designs and plans & ensure all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations. · Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials. · Monitor the work of other junior Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required. · Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians and helping them interpret design specifications. · Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met. · Communicate the project status & completion timeliness to the clients & the management. · Prepare Building Models & Structure plans. · Network and consult with various industry professionals. · Understand the clients’ requirements and environment impacts on the project. · Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections based on the client feedback. · Compile project specifications & keep within budgets and timelines · Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project Follow architectural trends and advancements
