responsibilities :- 1.attendance management 2. employee gate pass process 3. time office activities 4. to coordinate with h.o. for payroll activities 5. to maintain employee records 6. to communicate with hr dept for compliance purpose & pf 7.to fulfill compliances as per client requirements 8. accommodation & canteen management 9. to coordinate with hr dept for manpower deployment 10.to communicate with hr dept for manpower requirements at site note: preference will be given to construction field experienced persons. company provides food and accommodation at site. candidate must have to work at site.
