Job Description

Design and develop recruitment strategies and processes that support the overall business goals, Liaising and guiding the hiring managers on the selection of candidates throughout the end-to-end involvement, e.g., CV review, interview feedback, etc. ensuring best fit for the role. Maintaining networks in critical technical sectors to facilitate effective passive recruitment. Manage and monitor internal applicant tracking system, ensuring that all candidates and applicants are properly tracked and have a disposition reason. Developing and maintaining an excellent relationship with internal and external clients and / or business partners to ensure achievement of recruitment goals. Analyze recruitment trends and results for continuous improvement of our strategies and processes. Statutory Compliance under Contract Labour Act, PF ACT, ESIC ACT, Min. wages Act, Payment of Wages Act and few others. Maintaining of Records & Registers under the above Acts. General Administration like: Managing Camp Administration, Vehicles, Shit Management, Mess & others. Experience Required : 8 to 12 Years Candidate are able to handle 300-400 Manpower/Labour
