• work experience 15 years + • A good team player, able to work under pressure with multi-disciplinary team and having leadership skill, • communication and interpersonal skills • Effective & demonstrative excellence large scale projects especially on industrial constructions, and ancillaries structure buildings etc. • Supervising project construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. • Regular monitoring & ensuring the corporate safety guidelines being implemented at site. • Monitoring safety training, tool box talk etc. for effective site safety management. • Managing teams of engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks. • preparing and reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans. • Ensuring that mobilization plans for manpower, equipment/ materials are in accordance with the quality, quantity. • preparation of monthly status report on its progress & expenses incurred & monitoring the project expenses with planned v/s actual. • Checking quality of construction material in lab • Checking R.A. bill for various civil works • Checking & certifying rate analysis for various item and for extra amenities Looking for local candidates only
